Public Health Focus/Interests:

Dr. Korzeniewski’s interest lies in perinatal and clinical epidemiology. His work focuses on the etiologies of cerebral palsy and other neurodevelopmental disorders, and also on prediction and prevention of pregnancy complications that contribute to perinatal morbidity/mortality. He is a proponent of the population perspective in medicine and public health, and is keen to apply epidemiological thinking in translating basic discoveries and program modifications into public health improvement.
