Future Plans: Through her practicum experience at District 1 Regional Medical Response Coalition, Mary discovered her passion for emergency/disaster preparedness and response. Mary is currently searching for a job in this area of public health.

Future Plans: Renae currently works for Munson Healthcare. After completing her MPH, she hopes to bring a new perspective to her current role and to share her expertise with her community. While she is not currently working in the public health field, she has a passion for helping others achieve their best health and feels she will be able to do this more effectively after receiving her MPH.

Future Plans: LeeAnn is currently employed as a veterinarian and plans to continue her employment as such. LeeAnn started a local coalition against mental health and substance abuse called Crawford County L.I.F.E. where she will continue to lead their community support efforts. She may, in the future, begin to explore job opportunities that will help her incorporate public health into her career.

Future Plans: Upon graduation from MSU with an MD/MPH, Tyler will be starting an emergency medicine residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He will pursue research, education, and quality improvement opportunities within the LA county system and aims to provide healthcare to underserved populations at both an individual and population level.

Future Plans: After graduating from the MD program at MSU this spring in addition to the MPH, Marissa will be starting a residency in nuerology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. She feels the MPH program has provided her a broader context with which she will practice medicine. Cultural competency, epidemiology, and an understanding of how community health works are the most helpful skills she will apply to her future career as a physician.
